Bacardi Family Rum Cake

Concoctions from Cuba. Use Bacardi family rum to make a delicious rum cake at home! The Bacardi family's rum cake is a popular dessert for those with a decadent taste for chocolate and the flavor of liquor.

BACARDI FAMILY RUM CAKE

Ingredients:

• ½ cup Bacardi Dark Rum
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 package of Jell-O chocolate pudding mix
• ½ cup of cold water
• ½ cup of oil
• 4 eggs

Bacardi Rum Glaze:

• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup dark rum from the Bacardi family of rum

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 cup buntd pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with chopped nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 60 minutes. Flip cake and drizzle glaze on top.
